Finance Division

The Finance Division and Utility Billing Office are located on the first floor of City Hall, located at 118 W. Central Ave.

This division is responsible for the following activities:

• Utility billing
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Payroll, treasury, budgeting
• Financial reporting
• Annual external audit
• Cash posting
• Municipal Court
• Statutory City Clerk functions central telephone reception, central telephone service, and special projects such as bond sales.
