The Public Services Department, consisting of the Parks and Facilities, Sanitation, and Street and Stormwater divisions, is located at 1407 W. Madison Ave. Sanitation, Street and Stormwater personnel can be contacted between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at (620) 441-4460.
