Comprehensive Plan

The 2022 Comprehensive Plan of Arkansas City was adopted by the City Commission on March 21, 2023, the City had been working over the past two years to develop a new Comprehensive Plan. The Plan sets forth the goals and actions for the City for the next 5-10 years. The Planning Commission plans to review the Plan each year to track progress.
