Standard Traffic Ordinance & Uniform Public Offense Code

Traffic violations in the City of Arkansas City are enforced using the Standard Traffic Ordinance (STO). The city adopted the 2023 Standard Traffic Ordinance by Ordinance No. 2023-09-4585 on September 5, 2023. 

Non-traffic offenses in the City of Arkansas City are enforced using the Uniform Public Offense Code (UPOC). The city adopted the 2023 Uniform Public Offense Code by Ordinance No. 2023-09-4586 on September 5, 2023.
